Calderbank Football Club held their end of season awards ceremony on Friday night.
After a very succesful season that seen the club retain the league title and win the Challenge cup, every player was in the running for the awards and it was a tough decision for the committee to seperate the winners. All team members once again gave 100% throughout the campaign and helped the club to yet more siverware.
After netting 17 goals, Mark McLaughlin lifted the prize of top goalscorer with Martin McQue just behind on 16.
The players player of the year couldnt have been closer, and in the end the award was shared by Chris Collins and Brian Mooney
The player of the year went to Colin Harper, although any member of the team could have won it after some big performances from everyone.
All the players would like to thank our managment team, Eammon Reilly, George Reilly and Paul Mooney for their hard work and commitment to the club. We would also like to thank our main sponsors Jamsie Cullen and Brendan O'Donnell who have helped the club go from strength to strength.
